Specifically, there are two execu- tive orders that serve as the central focus for the association. The first: replacement of Executive Order 13502, Use of Project Labor Agreements for Federal Construc- tion Projects, which strongly encourages federal agencies to require project labor agreements (PLAs) on a case-by-case basis on federal construction projects exceed- ing $25 million in total cost. The second: revoking Executive Order 13673, Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces, along with the amendment to EO 13673, which requires federal contractors and subcontractors to disclose any "violations" of 14 federal labor laws and OSHA-approved state plans to the federal government before being awarded federal contracts covered by this rule. u . s . s u p r e m e c o u r t a n d o t h e r j u d i c i a l v a c a n c i e s The association also hopes for Presi- dent Trump to make the vacant Supreme Court seat left by Judge Antonin Scalia a priority, as well as other judicial vacancies. We feel the Trump administration's tone toward fairness—to both the employer and the employees—will make meaningful changes to those currently sitting on the board to ensure equal treatment."
