"We have always focused on building relationships with our
clients by totally satisfying them on each project, which has
played a big part into our success expanding into new markets,"
Morton said. "Another part of that success at branching into so
many markets is our strong leadership in the field and our hard
work and effort into getting to know the local subcontractors in
the new markets. That's equally important."
While the industry and its technology has changed throughout
the years, Robins & Morton has continued to evolve with its
approaches to and methods utilized on projects and job sites.
Always searching for ways to improve efficiency and collaboration,
they recently launched a company-wide Lean-based program
called Building Forward. However, one thing that hasn't changed
is the way Robins & Morton does business.
"We always have been—and always will be—committed to
operating a certain way," Morton said. "Our people and our clients
are everything to us, and those two things drive our business."
That focus on people and clients has driven the company since
it started 70 years ago, and it will continue as Robins & Morton
continues to grow its already solid reputation as a world-class
builder.
