12 AL CONSTRUCTION NEWS OCT-DEC 2018 BUILDING ALABAMA | PROJECTS Doster Wraps Up Construction of Lakeside Villas Phase II DOSTER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY RECENTLY COMPLETED construction on Lakeside Villas Phase II in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The construction added five new buildings and a new Clubhouse to the existing Lakeside Villas development. The project included 144 multifamily units on over 7 acres. Key Real Estate of New Orleans is the project's owner and Humphreys and Partners is the architect of record. Doster served as the general contractor. Doster has completed more than 1,500 units of multifamily housing in the last year alone and has been ranked as a top Multifamily General Contractor by the National Multifamily Housing Council. Other multifamily projects Doster has in progress or recently completed in Louisiana include: The Retreat at Brightside (Baton Rouge), Springs at Country Club (Lake Charles), Springs at Juban Crossing (Denham Springs) and Sawgrass Point (Gonzales). Doster Completes Novant Health Rehabilitation Hospital DOSTER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY RECENTLY COMPLETED construction of the Novant Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Winston- Salem for Novant and partner Encompass Health. The new state-of- the-art rehabilitation hospital is a 68,536-square-foot comprehensive medical rehabilitation hospital. The freestanding hospital features 68 private patient rooms including one bariatric isolation room, two additional bariatric rooms, and a 4 seat suite equipped for patients needing dialysis treatment during their stay. A spacious on-site therapy gym, courtyard, dining and dayroom areas as well as cutting-edge rehabilitation technologies are included.
